Observation

2)c) There was a lamp cord in the dining/living area that was capable of forming a loop around a child's neck. It was not secured and was accessible to children. 2)c) There was an appliance in a low bathroom cabinet with a long cord. The cabinet had a push-type latch that was fairly easy to open and may not keep this cabinet inaccessible to children. 2)d) There were plastic bags accessible to children in the closet near the front door. The plastic bags are used to store nap equipment. The closet was not secured to prevent child access. 2)d) There are two large plastic tarps in the outdoor play area accessible to children. One is covering a table and the other is stuffed inside the climbing equipment to cover the riding toys. 5)a) There is a swivel-type electrical outlet cover in the dining/living area that is stuck open and thus, the outlet is accessible to children. 5)a) There are two electrical outlets out on the patio that are near the steps and accessible to children. They have covers that can be opened by a child and are not tamper-resistant.
